We are a competition BBQ Cooking Team from Georgetown, TX. The Big Boss of Tejano Cookers is me. Chris AKA... "Bigcountry." The other Big Boss of the team is my lovely wife Mrs. Angie. Other team members include several of our Dads, Brothers, Uncles, Cousins and friends. We have been cooking for a long time, but as far as competition BBQ we have been at it for about four years and we enjoy it. We hope you enjoy our website. "We Burn Meat and Drink Beer"
